best day ever:)
woke up at 10pm,spent the rest of the night before with Naim&friends.
everyone else slept except for naim&i ,
finished resident evil 5 !really fun game.especially when u play it at night;)
went to my room and made our own indoor gym.
practiced flips&handstand .
drank so much milo today,i love milo!:))
hurt my back and my ass a lot after several backflip failures -_-".
naim.i srsly dont know how u do it man.
wanted to go park to parkour , but started to drizzle :'(
later,went to capoeira at 4pm-6.30pm . damn worth it!

omg it was damn fun !
learned so much moves & brazillian languages,
Soldado(thetrainer) is like the most muscular guy ive ever met,
the first thing we learned was Ginga , which is the basic move for capoeira that everyone has to master,
armand is naim's mentor while Arif(Armand's Lil Bro) is mine :).
arif is really good for his age ! he's only std4 this year.
then we had to do damn a lot of cartwheels and swipes,
he treated naim&i like we've already been coming a lot of times-_-".
besides just the 4of us there were also more of his students,
like Pamela from amazing race asia&Azura from TV3 .
i fell down once during cartwheel,hurt my shouder blades..dam fail.
i only could do cartwheel after the challenge we had to do..::-
Soldado placed Pamela in the middle,
&i had to cartwheel around her,almost touching and i must face her.
i had to do this continously !left&right
it was dam scary yet fun at the same time :D .
Pamela was lik "omg,please dont hit me, i hav a show this tuesday!D:"
cause it was my first day , so she was obviously scared,ahaha.
theres a penalty if i touch/hit her ,
10pushup's for every hit xD .
LUCKILY I DIDNT EVEN TOUCH HER:D

then we had to make this circle , where we had to fight each other,
i had to fight Soldado D: ! when i entered the fight , i was completely blank&didnt know what to do,
i could only evade all his attacks cause i didnt learn much since it was my first day,
i started doing toprock -breakdancemove- when i was suppose to do Ginga -.- .
damn retarted&malu,luckily i managed to get back into stance .
i saw a chance for me to kick him,so i tried doing a twist kick on him.
sadly i missed both my kick,he dodged it all cz he's freaking fast.
right after i missed,he grabbed my balls and tossed me T_T .
it hurts a lot,&it still does.*why did u hav to grab so hard-.-*
armand fought twice,once with Tasha again with arif,
surprisingly,Armand won both the fights.hooray for him.
naim was good aswell for a first timer,he fought Soldado also.
but he also got tossed like i did .lols
(damn bully ..)Saldado fought with his shirt off , his 8packs and his large biceps distracted us,lols.
i hav to practice more , so that one day i can beat Armand . haha:)
heard Darren's joining next week,cant wait to whack his ass.haha
everyone gets a nickname after a month,so far he calls me Rice -.- , and calls naim;name ,
cant wait to see what nickname i get ,haha.
armands is curumin , which means Orang Asli,hahaa.
arif is buttohn , i dnt noe how to spell it.which means little button.
i really think more ppl should start learning&getting to know Capoeira more.
its the best martial art ive ever learned ! dam fun!!
its not for performance,or choreographing moves.
its MARTIAL ARTS :) .
